The rugs are shipped from our logistic center and main warehouse in France.
Inside the CEE, less than 30 kgs, the parcels are shipped by COLISSIMO the next opened day of the payment; for large rugs or orders of several rugs exceeding 30 kgs, the rugs are shipped by the shipper HEPPNER. Delay of delivery is 6/9 days.
Express shipment by DHL with additional cost can be requested.

Our incoterm is CIF ( Cost Insurance Freight) but the custom clearance is at the charge of the purchaser

RETURN AND 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE :
As a private person (not companies) you have 14 day money back guarantee. You can return your rug within 14 days and get your money back. Returns are however not possible for special ordered sizes. You have to package the rug the same way as it was when you received it.
When sending back a rug you first have to contact us to get a return dispatch note by e-mail. It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed. The shipping cost back to us is at the charge of the customer.
When a return is completed the same card or bank account or paypal account you used for the purchase will be credited in the 24 hours after the return in our logistic center in France.
